We’re Sohail and Sara - husband and wife, teammates in love, life and food. We conceived of Brushland in 2014 knowing no better way to express our commitment & passion to all three, than by carving a monument and placing it on Main Street.  Aiming to create a place worth craving, where dishes are at once approachable and celebratory, we believe that hosting and eating should never feel mundane - Even, and especially, on a Thursday night in April. We knew our faces should always be those that greet you when you arrive and wish you a goodnight when you head out - Sohail from the kitchen where he reigns and Sara from the door where she hosts, a daughter on each hip. Our dedication to creating an experience unlike any other, has only strengthened over the last eight years. Our constant presence - raising our kids in this space, joining you for wine after your meal - the strongest reminder that we are here, because we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
